Unclaimed Deposits/ Inoperative Account


Unclaimed Deposits

Unclaimed Deposits (Term Deposits, Current, Savings Accounts) which are inactive / inoperative for ten years or more.

Customers are advised to approach the nearest branch for payment of unclaimed deposits and submit the following for making the account live:

  • KYC (Identification) Proof (PAN Card & Aadhar ID)
  • Address proof (Current Residential Proof / Electricity Bill / Water bill/house tax etc)
  • Latest Passport size photgraph
  • Documents enclosed (like Pass Book/TDR Receipt)

Inoperative Account

Procedure to be followed by the customer who intends to activate the Inoperative account:

  • If the customer wishes to activate the Inoperative account then the account holder should submit all fresh documents as per KYC norms to the branch.
  • Once KYC Documents fulfilled, customer needs to proceed with credit transaction to their respective account.
