Service Charges

Service Charges relating to Loans & Advances:

2. Processing Fees

i) No change for fresh proposals. However, Tax shall be @ GST 18%

ii) For renewal of existing limit: 50% of processing fees applicable.

iii) For enhancement-cum-increase of limit= a) 50% of fees on existing limit & b) 100% of fees on increased limit.

iv) For ad-hoc increase= 100% of fees for the ad-hoc increase on pro-rata basis for the period of ad-hoc increase.

v) For fresh proposals processed but not considered =50% of fees may be refunded on request (but excluding GST @ 18%)

vi) No processing fees for advance against FD/NSC/LIC Policies

Bank Guarantee commission(Financial guarantee only)

i)With 100% cash margin

ii) With partly cash margin and/or fully secured by other tangible security

i) Rs.3.00 per Rs.100/- p.a. with minimum of Rs.500/- + GST @ 18%

ii) Rs.4/- per Rs.100/- p.m. with minimum of Rs.1,000/- + @ GST 18%

iii) Same charge for renewal also

iv) For refund of guarantee commission on cancellation before due date = 50% of guarantee commission may be refunded on request for unexpired period but excluding GST @ 18%
4. Issuance of Solvency Certificate

i) Upto Rs.1/- lakh =Rs.200/- + GST @ 18%

ii) Between Rs.1 – 5/- lakhs = Rs.300/-+ GST @ 18%

iii) Above Rs.5/- lakhs = Rs.750/- + GST @ 18%
5. Stock inspection charges Rs.250/- + GST @ 18%
6. Stock Audit charges As per auditor`s fees
7. Interest on chq/DD/PO purchased (payable at Mumbai) @18% p.a. from the date of purchase till date of Realization

17. Clearing cheque returned by other banks — issued by their customer and deposited by our customer for clearing — has been returned.

i) 250/- + GST @ 18% per instrument if cheque amount is less than Rs.1/- lakh,

ii) Rs.300/- + GST @ 18% per instrument if chq amount is between Rs.1/- lakh to 2/- lakhs

iii) If the cheque/s amount exceeds Rs.2/- lakhs, then interest @ 21% on the full amount of cheque/s for 2 days with minimum interest charges of Rs.400/- + GST @ 18%

18. Clearing cheque, issued by a customer of another bank and deposited by our customer for clearing, has been returned by the issuing bank. Rs.125/- + GST @ 18% per instrument.
