    How to apply?

    1. Application in prescribed format
    2. Photographs
    3. PAN CARD (Mandatory)
    4. CIBIL Report for Borrowers & Guarantors
    5. Address proof : Passport /telephone/electricity bill, Ration card/ Voter identity card (Any one)
    6. Identity proof: Passport/Voter identity card/ PAN Card / Driving License / Adhar Card (Any one).
    7. Income proof :-

     For Salaried Person:-

    • Last 3 months’ Salary certificates,
    • Last 3 Years Form-16 & IT Return copies
    • 1 year Latest Bank Statement (Salary A/C)

    For professional & self-employed &Businessmen :-

    • Copies of audited Profit & Loss A/c & Balance sheet of last 3 years
    • T. Return copies for last 3 years,
    • 1 year latest Bank Statement
    1. Copy of Original registered Agreement for Sale with chain of documents, if any.
    2. Search report/ valuation report /Title Clear Certificate.
    3. NOC from Builder/Society/ Apartment/Mhada/ CIDCO.
    4. Original share certificate
    5. Pre sanction visit report to residence, work place & property offered as security.
    6. Demand letter from Builder to be obtained.
    7. Documentary Evidence of Margin Money Payment
    What about insurance? Property shall be fully insured with Bank clause
    How disbursement will be made? Disbursement Amount will be credited to seller/builder’s A/c by way of RTGS/NEFT/Pay Order .
    Margin 10% of Agreement Value

    Concession Rate 0.25% p.a. of Interest to Women borrower for Housing Loan, Education Loan, Gold Loan, Business Loan.
